We regularly represent and advise multinational corporations and individuals in employment-based immigrant and non-immigrant categories. This includes H, L, E, O, and J visa petitions, petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability, national interests waivers (NIW), employer I-9 compliance, complex consular processing, and PERM recruitment. We also advise individuals in employment-based immigrant
categories, such as EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, EB-4, and EB-5.

For our EB-5 practice, we have extensive experience advising high-net-worth individuals on the EB-5 Entrepreneur Investment Program and performing EB-5 Regional Center representation and compliance review. We have obtained conditional Green Card status for hundreds of individual entrepreneurs and
have represented foreign investors from various countries, including China, Hong Kong, South Korea, Indonesia, India, Europe, Latin America, and Canada.

Williams Global Law also provides advice and representation on business issues, which include but are not limited to: review, drafting and negotiation of contracts and agreements, establishment and incorporation of new businesses, drafting business plans and corporate memoranda.

We assist qualified candidates to bring close family members into the United States to live on a permanent basis Williams Global Law helps clients with all matters regarding family-based immigration. In order to file a family-based immigration petition for a relative, the applicant’s status must fall under one of the following family-based immigration categories: U.S. citizen, a Lawful permanent resident, or Refugee admitted as a refugee within the past 2 years or asylee granted asylum within the past 2 years.
