Starting January 22, 2025, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will no longer require applicants for adjustment of status to permanent residence to provide documentation on Form I-693, Report of Immigration Medical Examination and Vaccination Record, confirming they received the COVID-19 vaccine.
USCIS also stated that it will not issue Requests for Evidence or Notices of Intent to Deny related to COVID-19 vaccination proof, nor will it deny any adjustment of status applications on that basis.
