SIMONE WILLIAMS SELECTED TO BE A MENTOR IN THE SELECTUSA SUMMIT BY U.S. DEPARTMENT OF COMMERCE

This month, Simone Williams participated in the SelectUSA Investment Summit, which targets the Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) community in at least 83 international markets. SelectUSA is a U.S. government program led by the U.S. Department of Commerce that focuses on facilitating job-creating business investment into the United States from international businesses. Since its inception, SelectUSA has facilitated more than $146 billion in investment from the FDI community, creating and/or retaining over 166,000 U.S. jobs.

Hosted by U.S. Secretary of Commerce Gina Raimondo, notable speakers presenting at the conference included White House Senior officials, Cabinet members, U.S. governors, thought leaders and C-suite executives from U.S. and global companies.
Ms. Williams was selected by SelectUSA to act as a Mentor in the Global Women in Tech Mentorship Program --- a program with the purpose of connecting international female founders of early-stage tech companies to resources needed to be successful in the U.S. tech market.
